The Board voted 4–1 to approve a Teton County road right-of-way easement and agreement dated Feb. 17, 2026, between JHHR Holdings I, LLC and Teton County for the East‑West Connector Road in the Northern South Park Area 1. The easement was presented by County Engineer Amy Ramage and discussed with applicant representative Amberley Baker and public commenter Kathy Tompkins.
