The Commissioners’ Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to enter into contract negotiations with the highest-ranked respondent, Streamline Engineering Services, for professional engineering services related to the Flood Warning Systems infrastructure project (RFP 2026-08). The motion was seconded by Commissioner Richard Chapman and recorded as carrying 5-0.
