During the DD82 public hearing clerks read several written objections and the board heard comment from callers and those in the room. R. Johnson sent a written objection saying a similar project in the past left landowners liable and that he strongly opposed the proposed improvement. Douglas L. and Deborah J. Alks submitted a written objection saying the proposed $36,516.33 assessment for their 30.99 acres exceeds the benefit they expect and asked for an online meeting option for the July hearing.
