Planning staff presented Zoning Text Amendment A‑26‑4 to implement House Bill 94 and to add a definition and supplemental ordinance language for high‑energy‑use facilities. Mr. Colbert told the commission a high energy use facility is one that an applicant reasonably anticipates at filing will require 100 megawatts or more of electrical power from a retail service provider.
