The Fremont County Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved the final plat for Phase One of Whitetail Ridge (application #25-050), finding required road and utility work completed and directing execution of a Development Agreement for future phases.

The Fremont County Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously May 26 to approve the Phase One final plat for Whitetail Ridge (Final Plat #25-050). Commissioner JC Siddoway made the motion and Sonnie Haws seconded; Chair Jim Jorgensen called the voice vote and announced the motion passed.
