RPAC reviews OC Park master plan; members press for drainage fixes, nets and lighting upgrades
Parks staff reviewed the OC Park master plan, described completed and planned items, and committee members urged fixes for standing-water drainage, gaps in netting, added nets between quads, and confirmed quad lighting funding for fiscal year 25.

Erica presented the OC Park master plan updates and walked committee members through items completed (lower-field restroom, playground renovations, pickleball striping) and items planned in future cycles. "Projects that were funded by the park bond specifically include construction of soft surface trails...and a new picnic pavilion near the tennis courts," she said while reviewing the plan.
