At its May 13 meeting the Hall County Board of Tax Assessors considered several conservation-use covenant items presented by Ms. Melendez. The board approved the staff list of new and renewal covenants (motion by Eric Jackson; seconded by Casey Ryals) and later approved mid-year covenant changes (motion by Casey Ryals; seconded by AJ Zurzolo). The board also approved staff-recommended denials (motion by Eric Jackson; seconded by Richard Higgins); each recorded vote was 5-0.
