The Planning and Zoning Committee voted to deny Carolyn Brittain’s request to place an RV temporarily at 710 W. Finale Avenue, Lot 10. Chairman Steve Dickey stated the property is not in compliance with the Planning and Zoning Codes; Dickey moved to deny the building permit, Norma Meyer seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
