Steven Holeman, Blackford County IT staff, explained that emails sent to Hotmail, Live and Outlook accounts are being rejected because Microsoft is implementing new security requirements that the county's current setup does not meet. "The way to fix it is to move everything to the cloud," Holeman said; he said he will prepare a quote for cloud migration and recommended adding the affected address to a safe‑sender list as a temporary measure.
