The Windsor Planning Commission reviewed and adopted its Rules of Procedure during its Feb. 23 special meeting. According to the minutes, a motion to accept the Rules of Procedure was made by Commissioner Harry Falconer and seconded by Commissioner Brendan Dangelo; the minutes record that all were in favor and the motion carried.
