During the Feb. 12 meeting the Board of Ottawa County Commissioners authorized transfers and appropriations as requested by Municipal Court. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and the vote was unanimous (Stahl, Douglas, Coppeler yes).
