A dispute during the claims portion of the meeting led commissioners to rescind a previous blanket approval of biweekly payroll claims and to separate one item for individual consideration. A commissioner requested pulling Don Shuda's extra pay related to cemetery work from the biweekly pay claims. After discussion about whether authority for the payment had been delegated to another committee, the board rescinded the prior approval and then approved the remaining regular claims.
