The board reviewed and approved three change orders related to courthouse renovations and access. The chair outlined the items: $8,850 for additional electrical work to the Sally Port; an office/judges' office change that was estimated at $26,500 but came in at $23,007.34; and Knox box installations (for fire-department access) at about $2,300. A motion to approve change orders numbered 11, 12 and 13 was made and seconded; the transcript records a vote described as "4 yes, 2 no" and the chair announced the motion carried.
