The Allen County Board of Zoning Appeals approved the January 2026 meeting minutes and the associated Findings of Fact on a motion by Dan Gabbard, seconded by Jerry Ehle; the motion carried 3-0. Following the day's business, the hearing was adjourned at 2:31 p.m., and the minutes were signed by Patrick Rew, Deputy Land Use Director and Secretary to the Board.
