The Ward County Commissioners' Court approved an agreement to provide $500,000 toward construction costs for Monahans Kids Zone at its Nov. 10 meeting. The motion was made by Commissioner Guy Thames, seconded by Commissioner Larry Hanna, and adopted unanimously by the Court.
