The Commissioners' Court on Dec. 8, 2025 recorded an acknowledgment of a $3,000 donation from Kinetik to the sheriff's office and approved a subscription agreement with Peacemaker Technologies LLC for hardware and software at the sheriff's office. The donation acknowledgment was moved by Commissioner Guy Thames, seconded by Commissioner Larry Hanna; the Peacemaker subscription was moved by Commissioner Larry Hanna and seconded by Commissioner Eddie Nelms. Both approvals were unanimous.
