The Blue Earth River Watershed Planning Partnership Policy Committee voted unanimously March 17 to pursue formation of a Joint Powers Entity for formal agreements. The motion, made by Kevin Paap and seconded by Britney Kawecki, instructed staff to pursue a Joint Powers Entity rather than a Joint Powers Collaboration.
