The Fulton County Board of Commissioners met March 12, 2026, and adopted a slate of routine resolutions by 2-0 votes. Commissioners Joe Short and Jeff Rupp approved the minutes of March 10, 2026, and the day's agenda at the start of the session.
During the meeting the board passed appropriations adjustments and transfers under Resolution 2026-179, authorized a payment plan for a Northeast Water System account, approved Sub-Grant 2026-30 with the Greater Ohio Workforce Board for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028, and entered Contract 2026-31 with the Fulton County Juvenile Court for IV-D services not to exceed $62,012.73. Three future regular sessions scheduled March 17, March 24 and March 26 were each cancelled by separate resolutions citing lack of quorum.
