The Commissioners' Court unanimously approved contracts for secure and non-secure placement of juveniles along with other professional services contracts for the juvenile probation department. Commissioner Eddie Nelms moved for approval and Commissioner Larry Hanna seconded; the motion passed without recorded opposition.
