The coalition reviewed and accepted a five‑year strategic plan that sets priorities for housing, reentry navigation and employment, education and capacity building, and mentorship. Erica Picklesimon moved to accept the plan and Abby Glaser seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Members were asked to indicate interest in joining committees via a survey included in the meeting packet; completed surveys will be collected to form membership and schedule meetings. Leadership said committees will be guided by coalition leadership to align action planning with strategic goals.
