The Board ratified a proposal from Cothren, Graff, Smoak Engineering, Inc., to provide professional design services for Project No. 2026-123 (Goodwill Road at Highway 80, Well No. 29 - Well No. 23 Replacement). The motion to ratify was made by Doug Rimmer and seconded by Ms. Glorioso; the board voted 11 yes, 0 no, with one member absent.
