The Gooding County Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved a variance on March 17, 2026, allowing a 1.5‑inch increase in base (100‑year) flood elevation to accommodate a bridge replacement on 1200 S Road over Clover Creek. Commissioner Daret Lamm moved to find each required criterion met and Kathleen Goicoechea seconded; each motion passed unanimously.
