The Troup County Development Authority and Public Facility Authority approved a resolution authorizing the transfer of real and personal property back to Interface Floor and designating signers for a closing now scheduled for Dec. 8, with deeds to return the property to the tax rolls effective Jan. 1, 2026.

The Troup County Development Authority and Public Facility Authority voted to approve a resolution authorizing an officer to sign closing documents transferring property conveyed under a 2018 bond-lease back to Interface Floor, the board chair said. Staff described the action as procedural and said the closing is set for Dec. 8, 2025, with language in the resolution allowing the closing date to be extended if necessary.
