The Miami County Plan Commission approved three agricultural permits on April 8 for farm pole buildings.
AGP #318-26 (Troy & Amber Schipper) permits a 3,840-square-foot pole building with one-third concrete for livestock and two-thirds gravel for equipment storage; the application specified no restrooms or heat. Scarlett Graves moved to approve AGP #318-26 and Tim Alwine seconded; the motion passed by voice vote.
The commission also approved AGP #319-26 (Troy & Amber Schipper), a 1,200-square-foot pole building for equipment storage with 200-amp electric service and no restrooms or heat, on a motion by Scarlett Graves. AGP #320-26 (Blake & Tristan Pugh), a 1,600-square-foot pole building for hay storage with no utilities or living quarters, was approved on a motion by Dann Hunt.
All permit votes were recorded as 'aye' on voice votes; no conditions to the approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes.
