Plan Commission approves revised US 24/31 economic development plan and forwards recommendation
The commission unanimously recommended approval of a revised economic development plan for the U.S. Highway 24/31 corridor; commissioners noted the plan breaks the corridor into allocation areas and referenced talks with developer Aquanel about a potential 75,000 sq ft shell building. The recommendation will go to the Board of Commissioners.
