The Fayette County Board of Commissioners authorized Work Change Directive No. 1 for Contract A at the Rattlesnake Water Treatment Plant on Feb. 17, 2026. The directive, recommended by Verdantas/CT Consultant and submitted by Bowen Engineering, calls for replacing a Franklin Electric Model 30VRL-05-2Astg-3HP vertical stage pump with an ABB 240V 1‑phase drive 5HP pump and performing necessary wiring updates to support the 5HP VFD.
