Fleming County Fiscal Court approved the EPAD Program Administration Agreement with Midwest PACE Services unanimously during its July 29, 2026 special meeting. The motion to approve the agreement was moved by Magistrate Blake Price and seconded by Magistrate Ray H. Money, and the court recorded a unanimous vote.
