Administrator Windy told the committee the plan commission found an error in the light‑industrial zoning code that had flipped the intended percentage. "It was noted that...the minimum landscape surface ratio of 80%, when really it was intended to be 20%," Administrator Windy said, describing the correction as ministerial. The recommendation is to repeal and recreate the subsection of the Monroe City Code for the light‑industrial district to reflect 20 percent landscape surface ratio.
