The County Engineer told the Scott County Board of Supervisors Committee of the Whole on Jan. 13 that staff seeks a routine, annual resolution authorizing the county engineer to implement necessary secondary road closures and reduce speed limits during the 2026 calendar year for construction, maintenance and emergency activities.
