On July 14 Port Clinton City Council voted 6-0 to adopt Resolution 26-5, establishing a cybersecurity program to safeguard the city's data and information technology resources as required by Section 9.64 of the Ohio Revised Code. The motion to waive readings and adopt the resolution was moved by Mr. Tarolli and seconded by Mr. Robertson.
