Executive Director Chip England updated the board on several development-connection prospects. He said Rose Gill's engineer may submit a subdivision plan before the end of the month; if so, the Authority would pursue a Utility Service Agreement and the project may require a second feed into the neighborhood, which could generate significant connection revenues.
Mr. England reported no update on Tupelo Street while the Authority awaits revised plans. He also said the Residences at Rawley Park still have a funding gap to close before connection-extension work can proceed. No votes were taken on any of the development items at the meeting.
