Executive Director Chip England updated the board on several development-connection prospects. Mr. England reported no update on Tupelo Street while the Authority awaits revised plans. He also said the Residences at Rawley Park still have a funding gap to close before connection-extension work can proceed. No votes were taken on any of the development items at the meeting.
