Houston County approved adding Remington Chase Phase II (Gurr Road, Perry) to its Water Purchase Agreement with conditions: a developer bond covering 125% of construction cost, adherence to the Feb. 18, 2025 rate structure, and issuance of a utility permit once conditions are met.

The Houston County Board of Commissioners on April 22 approved adding the Remington Chase Phase II subdivision on Gurr Road in Perry to the county's Water Purchase Agreement with the City of Perry, subject to conditions.
