Josiane Valette (listed in payroll as Josiane D. Valette), the SCUF WUI Coordinator, asked the commissioners for permission to apply for two Colorado River Sustainability Campaign (CRSC) grants: one to provide matching funds for a Western States WUI grant and a separate CRSC grant to continue her position. She also requested to assume grant‑administrator duties for the CRSC grants.
