Commissioners approve final plat for Dirt Road Subdivision
After finding the application complete and consistent with county zoning and development regulations, the board approved the Final Plat for Dirt Road Subdivision (The Dirt Road, LLC; registered agent Tim McKinney). The motion passed 5‑0.

Planning and Zoning Administrator Hayley Ruland presented the Final Plat application for Dirt Road Subdivision, submitted by The Dirt Road, LLC with Tim McKinney as the registered agent. Commissioner Bradley said he reviewed the documentation related to improvements, financial security, disposition of water rights and fees and moved that the board find the application complete and in compliance with Sublette County Zoning & Development Regulations (Chapter XII). The motion was seconded by Commissioner Vickrey and carried 5‑0.
