The Sublette County Board of County Commissioners moved April 21 to adopt a phased change to the county pay scale and approved a series of salary resolutions for elected officials following extended debate. Human Resources Director Andrea Jean said the pay-scale adjustments were “the start of a phased process, not a final solution.”
