Carla Seely and Erin Hastey, representing MESA, along with Mary Martin (4‑H Extension) and 4‑H board member Jim Bob Griffin, presented and discussed a draft lease intended to formalize use of county facilities. Commissioners engaged the group on operational and programmatic details but did not move to approve or reject the draft during the May 5 session.
