Jay County EMS shift supervisors Gary Barnett and John McFarland asked commissioners to approve an ESO Solutions claim for $2,355.95 and an additional $72/month electronic timekeeping add‑on (about $864/year), which the board approved. They said switching to electronic timekeeping would reduce payroll processing time and save overtime costs.
