Grace Sanchez, director of development and marketing for the Eagle Valley Community Foundation, briefed the council on the foundation’s programs and client data. "Just last week, we saw 5,800 neighbors come through," she said, and noted the Gypsum community market is a central hub that serves local families and refers clients to other programs.
