Planning commission schedules Aug. 21 special meeting to consider Cotton Ranch plat amendment

Planning staff requested and the commission agreed to advertise a special planning commission meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 6:00 p.m. to consider an application to amend the final plat for a lot in Cotton Ranch. Lana (planning staff) said the lot (given as 260 Timberwolf) has a building envelope set by a wetland delineation from the mid-1990s; the applicant says the wetlands no longer exist and wants to modify the envelope to facilitate a sale.
