Gypsum planning commission approves minor plat amendment for 260 Timberwolf Drive
The Town of Gypsum Planning and Zoning Commission approved a minor plat amendment on Aug. 21, 2024, removing a triangular landscape/drainage easement that split the lot's building envelope at 260 Timberwolf Drive; the amendment keeps a ditch easement in place and leaves design review to Cotton Ranch.

The Town of Gypsum Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve PZ Resolution No. 11, Series 2024, a minor plat amendment for 260 Timberwolf Drive, during a special meeting on Aug. 21, 2024. A commission member moved to approve the resolution after staff and the applicant outlined the change and its history.
