Larsen moved to ratify a prior council approval awarding the winning bid to Mountainland Supply Company in the amount of $49,200 for a water pump purchase and installation project in the cemetery. Councilmember Dennis W. Alldredge seconded the motion and the minutes record the vote as unanimous.
