At 10:52 a.m. on July 7, the commission voted unanimously to go into closed session to discuss purchase, exchange or lease of real property. Commissioner Jack Lytle moved the closed-session motion and Commissioner Randy Asay seconded. The closed session concluded and the commission returned to open session at 11:40 a.m.
