At its Oct. 9 meeting the Nemaha County Board of Equalization adopted Resolution 2013-40, which sets the levies for political subdivisions for the 2013 tax year. The motion to adopt passed unanimously after a second by Commissioner Hutton and was recorded in the minutes. The adoption followed routine agenda approvals and a tax-list correction presented by the assessor (an accelerated mobile-home tax for Karla Stanley of $64.02).
