Councilmember Wynn Kearns presented Ordinance No. 26-03 to revise the codified ordinances by adopting current replacement pages to align village code with changes in the Ohio Revised Code. Council waived rules requiring committee origin and two readings, and then voted to adopt the ordinance; roll call was 7–0 in favor.
