Council hears updates on downtown parking, monumentation and possible master-plan redo

Council members provided project updates for Prosper's downtown during the April 7 meeting. A council speaker said construction work on Broadway (across from the tavern) has started and that parking improvements behind the EDC building will begin after current work finishes. Council members also said the monumentation project is scheduled to begin in the next couple of weeks.
