Township planning staff and the George School’s counsel presented a conceptual campus master plan that outlines six additional phases beyond a previously approved performing-arts project. Planner Jim Ennis said the master plan is a long-range planning tool (15–20 years) for a nearly 200‑acre legacy property and reiterated that the agreement does not grant waivers or zoning relief; each phase must return to the township for separate preliminary and final land-development review.
