Ashley told the board that the city plans a streamlined 'strategic priorities assessment' with Georgia Tech beginning in January 2026 to update Chamblee’s economic-development approach. The assessment will review adopted plans, incorporate the DDA’s tax-incentive strategy and include a combined city-council and DDA visioning session in October (tentative dates Oct. 6–17).
