The superintendent recommended Ward Scott Morris Architects be contracted to design the White Plains Haskell Field House, noting the district has reviewed initial drawings and that the project will require additional sewage and drainage work. "We've looked at some initial drawings with them," the superintendent said, and recommended naming them as architect of record for the project.
