The Maine Board of Accountancy voted to require surrender of a license in case 2025-ACC-21008 for failure to complete continuing education; vote recorded 3-0 with one abstention by the complaint officer.

At its Jan. 27, 2026, meeting, the Maine Board of Accountancy considered complaint 2025-ACC-21008 concerning an alleged failure to complete required continuing education. Acting Board Chair Alison Lorenz moved to require the licensee to surrender the license; Yolanda “Lannie” Moffatt seconded. The motion carried with a recorded vote of 3-0; Thomas Cyr, serving as complaint officer, abstained from the vote.
