Deputy Commissioner John Hall presented a lease amendment for the Department of Correction office in Columbia (Murray County), saying the current office is "approximately 7,100 square feet" and the property has recently been sold. Hall told the subcommittee the Department needs to expand to about 11,000 square feet and that the three-year amendment would preserve the current space while staff acquire or build a larger facility.
